Terms of Use
These terms cover the games made by Gamify Collective ("we", "us"), starting with Ghost Defence Force. Our games are played on RUN.world, so RUN's own terms apply too; if the two disagree, RUN's terms come first.
Playing
- Play fairly. Do not cheat, use bots, exploit bugs on purpose, or try to get into our servers or other players' accounts.
- Be decent to other players. Usernames and anything else you share must follow RUN's community rules.
- We may suspend or reset an account that breaks these rules.
Coins, gems, cards and purchases
- Coins, gems, cards and packs are part of the game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money outside it.
- Real-money purchases are made through RUN, and refunds follow RUN's rules. Some items, such as the Starter Deal, are marked as not refundable.
- Card packs and spins give random rewards; the odds are shown in the game before you buy.
- We may rebalance the game, change prices or retire items. We will not take away items you have already been given, except to fix a mistake or deal with cheating.
The game itself
We work hard to keep the game running, but it is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of bugs. If we ever close a game, we will give as much notice as we reasonably can. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under UK consumer law.
